ITP reports by tap, not by week.
Every opening on every level. Every stage, every sign-off. The PDF's ready the moment the work's done. The record locks when the level closes, then goes out for signature. Only the office can reopen it, and that withdraws the signatures.
WNDW generates the ITP for a level straight from the ticks your crew made on site: every opening listed with each stage's date and who ticked it. See an example signed ITP.

Your ITP report shouldn't depend on someone reconciling a spreadsheet against a pile of phone photos. The data's already in WNDW. Every stage tap. Every timestamp.
Tap the ITP button, get the PDF. No assembly required.

Per-level PDFs
Every opening, every stage, every signature — laid out like the ITP your builder asks for, with each stage's date and who ticked it against every opening. The PDF shows what's done, who did it, and what's still open.
Signed on site, and by the builder
The foreman signs the level on their phone. The builder gets an emailed link and signs in their phone's browser — no app, no account. Each signature is dated and attributed to whoever put their name to it.
Close the level and it locks
Once a level closes it locks, then it goes out for signature. Change anything afterwards and the PDF flags it — the signature stays tied to the version that was signed.
Send the builder a link, not a file
Head contractors download their own ITPs from your live project link. View only, free, no account — they confirm their email and they're in. No chasing your office for a copy that's already there.

Questions people ask
What's in the ITP PDF?
Project and level details, every opening by stage with the date and who ticked it, a completion summary, and the signatures with the fingerprint of the version signed. Photos aren't in the PDF — they export as a separate ZIP per level, named by opening, stage and date.
Can the record change after it is signed?
Only the office can reopen a closed level, and reopening withdraws the signatures first. If the record changes after signing, the PDF flags it.
Does the builder need an account to sign?
No. They get a link by email, open it in their phone's browser and sign. No app, no account. The link is single-use and expires after 7 days.
Can the ITP use our trade's words instead of 'openings'?
Yes. We set WNDW up in your trade's words, and the ITP report uses them.
