ITP tracking for facades.
A high-rise facade has more inspection points than most subbies have spreadsheets. WNDW tracks every opening, every stage, every sign-off — across every level. Built for the trade that gets blamed when it leaks five years later.
WNDW is ITP software for facade, glazing and curtain wall subcontractors. Your crew ticks each stage on each opening as it's done, with a photo, and each level's ITP is signed by your foreman and the builder — from $99 a month per project, unlimited users. See an example signed ITP.

Built for how facades actually get done.
Every opening, every stage, signed off per level
Per-opening tracking. Per-stage progression. Every opening, every stage, signed off by your foreman and the builder per level. Not a checkbox someone forgot to tick.
Variations captured at the point of work
Foreman finds something out of scope, logs it then and there. Photo, note, location. Submit for approval without leaving site.
Photos as the receipt
Time-stamped and tied to a specific opening at a specific stage. Not floating in a folder somewhere. Five years later when the builder says your sealant failed, you pull up the caulking-stage photo with its date burned in.
From 99 openings to 1,200+. The workflow's the same.
WNDW models the building.
Levels, openings, stages. Not a flat list of forms.
A thousand openings. A stage list for each job. Foreman and builder signing off each level. Photos for every one.
That's not a tracker. That's thousands of inspection events on one job. Numbers that don't fit a spreadsheet.
What stages does a facade job track?

For head contractors
Free, read-only, no setup.
Send the head contractor one link. They see openings, stages and ITPs as they happen. No account on their end — they confirm their email and they're in. No licence on yours. The auditor gets there before the email chain does.
Trades where the work gets covered up.
Any commercial trade where the work gets covered up and the documentation trail is the only thing protecting you.
Questions people ask
What should a facade ITP cover?
Usually every opening on a level, through the stages your builder's ITP asks for: set-out and opening checks, subframes and fixings, frames or units installed, seals and caulking, hardware, and protection. Curtain wall adds bracket and anchor inspection and slab-edge seals. Stages are set per job, and there's no fixed number.
Who signs the facade ITP?
Your foreman signs each level on the phone when it closes, and the builder signs from an emailed link — no app, no account. Both signatures are tied to the version of the record they signed.
Can the builder see progress without ringing us?
Yes. Send them a project link: they confirm their email and see openings, stages and ITPs as they happen — no account, no licence on their end.
How big a job does it handle?
From a shopfront with a few dozen openings to towers with 1,200 and more. The workflow is the same, and pricing is capped per project so a big tower stays predictable.
